Description: Robert Louis Alsbrook was a 30 year old black male at the time of his death. Alsbrook was from Charlotte and resided in the Hidden Valley neighborhood. Alsbrook was shot while sitting in his car, parked in the parking lot of the former Cabarrus County Fairgrounds, Cabarrus Avenue West, Concord, NC. Alsbrook ran from his automobile to a tent revival located across from the fairgrounds on Union Cemetery Road where he was shot a second time.
